Cisco Data Center Networking Infrastructure 2 (DCNI-2) is a 5-day hands-on course that teaches you how to implement an enterprise Data Center infrastructure with the next-generation Cisco Nexus 7000, 5000, and 2000 platforms.
This course provides a technical overview of the Nexus platform architecture, deployment, and operations, including Layer 2 and 3 features, QoS, and security. Major architectural components include Virtual Device Contexts (VDCs), I/O consolidation with Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE), and the Nexus 2000 Fabric Extender.

After completing this training course the student will be able to:

Intended Audience
This course is designed for experienced Network Field Engineers who are already capable of implementing Layer 2 and Layer 3 services using Cisco IOS and the Cisco Catalyst switching platform.
This course is designed to prepare you for the DCNIS-2 exam that is part of the Cisco Data Center Networking Infrastructure Support Specialist certification program.
