CVOICE Course (Cisco Voice over IP ) - 35  Hours
This course is needed for the individuals who want to get CCNP Voice certifications. In this course, you'll gain an understanding of converged voice and data networks and the challenges faced by the various network technologies. This course provides network administrators and network engineers with the knowledge and skills required to integrate gateways and gatekeepers into an enterprise VoIP network. It is one of several courses in the Cisco Voice certification track that addresses design, planning, and deployment practices and provides comprehensive hands-on experience configuring and deploying VoIP networks.

CIPT2 Course (Implementing Cisco Unified Communications IP Telephony Part 2) - 35  Hours
Prepare to install and configure a Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) solution in a single site in this course, focusing primarily on CUCM Release 7.x/8.x, the call routing and signaling component for the Cisco Unified Communications solution. In lab activities, you will perform post-installation tasks, configure CUCM, implement Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) gateways, and build dial plans to place on-net and off-net phone calls. You will also implement media resources, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) integration, voice mail integration, and numerous user telephone features.

CIPT 1 Course (Implementing Cisco Unified Communications IP Telephony Part 1) - 35  Hours
This hands-on course prepares you for configuring a Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) solution in a multisite environment. Focusing primarily on CUCM v7.x/8.x, you will learn basic administrative tasks, such as configuring users and associating them with phones, as well as more advanced topics, such as unified mobility, Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), H.323 gateways, and media resources. In today's business world, globalization is key, so you will build dial plans to place on-net and off-net phone calls in North American and European sites. You'll learn how to globalize your dial plan using E.164 addressing and how to implement routing and calling privileges based on location.

TVOICE Course (Maintaining Cisco Service Provider Quality of Service) - 35  Hours
This course equips network professionals with the knowledge and skills required to troubleshoot Unified Communications systems/solutions in enterprise, mid-market, and commercial deployments. Learn troubleshooting methodology, triage, resources, tools, and fixes at the integrated system/solution level, as well as for components such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity, videoconferencing, and network infrastructure.

CAPPS Course (Integrating Cisco Unified Communications Applications) - 35  Hours
  In this hands-on course, you will practice configuring and integrating Cisco's call management and voice mail systems from scratch. You will work with Cisco Unity Connection, which is integrated with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and with Cisco Unity Express, integrated with CUCM Express. Building on the foundation provided by ICOMM v8, you'll focus on voice mail administration and presence administration. You will learn how to add users, configure Class of Service, schedules, and distribution lists, and set up AutoAttendants for both systems. You'll connect your voice mail systems using Voice Profile for Internetwork Mail (VPIM) networking. You will also learn how to integrate the Cisco Unified Presence server with CUCM, deploy the Cisco Unified Personal Communicator (CUPC) client with desk phone control, and integrate Unity Connection for CUPC access.
