Role of AcademyTech for ICT Services:
AcademyTech helps Global companies who offer ICT Services in these countries that their customers network is always up and running especially internet wise.
How OnSite Support system works:
Once we get the on-site support demand from Global Company who offer ICT Services in our regions, and we give a proposal to that company for that case. As soon as both sides negotiate, Global ICT Company sends us some sheets includes Procedures which must be followed, SVR (Site Visit Report) form, and phone numbers of the support engineer with whom our Field Engineer will be in contact. Later we send our Field Engineer to the customer site at the exact time which is negotiated previously.
Our Field Engineer never leave out of the site unless the work has been completed and we have been instructed to do so by the Supporting Engineer.
And AcademyTech Field engineer do not forget that he/she represents the Global ICT Services Company during this engagement.
Field Engineer (FE) format:
- Fluent English Speaker
- Nearby him/her : a Laptop which includes internet, rollover cable, straight-through cable, crossover cable
- At least CCNA Level Certified (In Turkey region, our Field engineers have CCNP certifications)
